Good Hygiene
I made this folder for a student who needed a little reminder about how to take care of herself. This is often an awkward conversation to have with students and parents. The list on the left is laminated and stuck to the folder with Fun-Tak so that she can take it off when she gets home and stick it to her bathroom mirror. The calendar on the right is for her to check off each day as she completes tasks from the list. She'll bring the folder to school every day and show how well she is taking care of herself. Of course, incentives are involved when she shows improvement!
